Sales and Cancellation Terms
Travel Insurance: For your safety and peace of mind, each traveler must have personal insurance coverage that includes health expenses and repatriation. A&L Africa and Adventure disclaims any responsibility for medical expenses or evacuation costs resulting from the client's lack of insurance.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
- Less than 40 days before departure: No refunds can be made.
- More than 40 days before departure: The refund of the amounts paid will be made after deducting the actual expenses already incurred by the agency (lodges, parks, etc.).
- Management fees: In all cases of cancellation more than 40 days in advance, the agency will retain a flat fee of $200 for the preparation and management of the file.
Unforeseen events: The agency cannot be held responsible for changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, the state of the trails, or events of force majeure. We are committed to always offering the best alternative solution.
